Existing clients

Existing clients within Australia, who already have an approved credit account with us, may either purchase goods via the Selection/shopping cart system, on account if applicable, or on approval for 7 days. Please select the appropriate option in the payment section of our service. Refunds of goods purchased by credit card will be made for goods returned within 7days, less credit card fees.

New clients

New authorized (see above) clients within Australia, can either purchase goods by credit card via the Selection/shopping cart system, or apply for an account. Refunds will be made for goods returned within 7days, less credit card fees.

Freight within Australia

We provide three options for freight within Australia:

• "Failproof National Couriers" for goods up to 1kg at $30
• Signed courier within Australia for goods up to 500g at $10
• Express Post (yellow satchel) for goods up to 500g at $5
• other arrangements as agreed between client and Nash Pearls

Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Goods and Services Tax (GST) at a rate of 10% is included in the price shown for all products. Tax Invoices will be included with the consignments of products to clients within Australia. The GST does not apply to purchases from outside of Australia, and will be subtracted from all overseas orders as they are processed by Nash Pearls.

Overseas clients

The price shown for products is in Australian dollars, and includes 10% GST which will be subtracted from orders by overseas clients (see above).

Overseas clients can order via the Selection/shopping cart system, with payment by credit card. Upon receipt of the order we will subtract 10% GST, estimate shipping costs and export charges and advise (for confirmation by the client) before processing payment for the order. Insurance is inclusive. These charges will be kept to a minimum whilst ensuring the security of goods. Goods returned within 14 days will be credited less costs incurred.
